My favourite book of all time. I've read it at least a half dozen times. And the other two books of the trilogy about 3 or 4 times each. The world he created, and the characters are just amazing.

I read all the books in the series, even as they grew weirder and weirder. I think Frank was doing lsd or something towards the end Very Happy

I've even read some of the more recent Dune series by his son and others. My son got hooked on them so I read them after him.

The 80's movie sucked. Hated it. But I really liked the 3 part mini series Scifi channel put out a few years ago. You need at least a 3 parter to even start getting into a world as complex as Dune.
