Sleepwalk is a neat little paperback by John Saul.

It is focused on a teenager and his single dad in Navajo land. Yes, they are Navajo.

The local population starts slowly turning into zombie like walking corpses, doing the bidding of one Corporate mastermind.

It is a decent read, goes quick and is worth the cost of a paperback.
