I am reading this book. again. I have always been a fan of Thomas Harris's Lector novels

I find his attention to details and nuance in the characters themselves is one of his greatest strengths. He is able to allow the reader to envision the characters as though we are reading a biography or historical tale rather than a fictional novel.

I personally give Silence of the Lambs a 9 out of 10 lacking the final one perhaps for sometimes being a bit over zealous in his detailing.
